Our Planet Live in Concert: March 22

Discover the wonders of planet earth with a reimagined, immersive film experience with a live orchestra at the Jones Hall. Specially developed by the series producers, World Wildlife Foundation, Silverback Films and Oscar®-winning composer Steven Price, Our Planet Live in Concert is narrated on screen by legendary broadcaster David Attenborough. 2023 San Jacinto Celebration: April 22

On Saturday, April 22, from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., come to the 2023 San Jacinto Day Celebration, presented by the San Jacinto Museum and Battlefield Association and the San Jacinto Battleground State Historic Site. A day of fun, food, history and reenactments celebrating the 187th anniversary of the Battle of San Jacinto is sure to be a can't-miss Houston spring event. Reenactors dressed in period clothing will make the epic events of April 1836 come alive, and reenactments throughout the day will recreate the dramatic events that led to one of the most decisive and impactful military victories in the history of North America. Houston Zoo's Walk of the Wild: April 23

Save the date for April 23 from 7AM-10AM for a fun 5k Walk of the Wild at the Houston Zoo. Plus, there will be a fun after party which includes a light breakfast, refreshments, and family friendly activities such as a DJ and face painting. Need another reason to go?
