For our fellow runners and outdoor enthusiasts, we will have a Turkey Trot where you can walk or run your way to the finish line! For our fellow food lovers, the Thanksgiving potluck is sure to be a hit. Plus, don't forget about our donation drive where we will give back to our local Waller community.
Christmas
From December 13-15 & December 20-22, our Holiday Weekends will be full of holly jolly fun! Experience fun Christmas activities like golf cart decorating and themed crafts. Plus, is it even Christmas camping without a visit from Santa Claus and our Light the Park event, where you'll see Christmas lights everywhere you look?! You definitely don't want to miss this theme.
New Year's
It's time for Grand Finale Weekend, which of course is happening at the end of 2024 from December 27-29! By booking this weekend, you'll be able to enjoy 2 New Year parties - 1 at our Texas campground, and the other at your home or yearly tradition! From a Bearathon for our fellow runners and a buffet for the foodies, to fun themed crafts and activities, this will be a New Year's to remember for years to come.

Just about a 30-minute drive from Jellystone Park™ Waller, Houston's Magical Winter Lights is a spectacular holiday festival perfect for families and groups. Held at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds, this event transforms the space into an winter wonderland with massive lantern displays spanning themed worlds like The Kingdom and Mystical Forest. Open from November 17, 2023, to January 6, 2024, it also includes carnival rides, live performances, and an array of food options, making it a magical outing for all ages.
Hempstead Festival of Lights
Just a short drive from Jellystone Park™ Waller, the Hempstead Festival of Lights on December 7, 2024, lights up the holiday season with a fun-filled lineup of festivities. From 2-8 PM in Downtown Hempstead, visitors can enjoy a Kid’s Zone, arts and crafts, live performances from the Hempstead High Band, and a visit from Santa himself. The evening wraps up with a dazzling lighted Christmas parade at 6:00 PM, adding to the holiday cheer.

The Old Town Tomball German Christmas Market is a delightful holiday event running from December 13-15, 2024.
